Skywarp v 1.0
Skywarp is the second ensemble of the Transformers series. It is a polyphonic additive synthesizer that can morph between four sounds for each preset. The morphing capabilities are inspired by FM8 and by Stephan Schmitt’s ensemble Scanner and can be controlled by hand, by MIDI or via automation using the same modulation network as Optimus Prime.
A sound sample can be found here, all sounds other than the drums were created in Skywarp (the drums are from Battery 3). Skywarp excels at creating soundscapes, FX and mallet type sounds. I’ve included around 30 snapshots organized into several banks by sound type.
As always, there is a manual included in the download which explains everything you need to know about Skywarp to use it effectively. Please post any bug reports, questions, or comments in the comments and I will do my best to help. I also would welcome some user-submitted snapshots for this, so please feel free to send some my way.

I’ve never been a big fan of additive synthesis but for this I can make an exception. This is a great ball of fun. Great instrument and doesn’t kill my cpu too much.
